Art Coach / Mentor Registration

Register as an Art Coach for KalaSetu's Art Development Centres and classes. An admin verifies your profile, then assigns you to a centre/course before you can start teaching through the coach portal.

Read KalaSetu Code of Ethics for Coaches/Mentors
  1. I will maintain dignity, discipline and respect towards all students, artists, parents, organizers, venues and KalaSetu representatives.
  2. I will not misuse student contact details, artist data, photographs, videos or any information received through KalaSetu.
  3. I will not make false claims about qualifications, awards, experience, celebrity association, guaranteed success or programme selection.
  4. I will not directly poach students, artists or programme opportunities generated through KalaSetu without following KalaSetu policy.
  5. I will follow mutually agreed fee terms, session duration, cancellation rules and refund rules.
  6. I will maintain punctuality, professional conduct and clear communication for scheduled sessions.
  7. I will not use abusive, discriminatory, exploitative or inappropriate language or behaviour.
  8. I will take special care while working with minors and will follow parent/guardian consent and safety requirements.
  9. I will not upload or share photos/videos of students or artists without consent.
  10. I understand that KalaSetu may suspend or deactivate my coach/mentor profile if there is misconduct, false information, repeated complaints or breach of policy.
